Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy below:

Print-on-Demand Items (T-shirts, mugs, apparel, etc.)

  • Because these items are custom-printed just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or change of mind.

  • We will gladly replace any items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Other Items

  • For non–print-on-demand items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Unless faulty or damaged, returns must be sent back at the buyer’s expense. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll issue a full refund minus original shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at store@noelphilips.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

  • We’ll respond with instructions on how to proceed.
